Catering host was excellent. Nursing care was compassionate and professional. Need to sort tea and coffee situation so nurses need not be bothered.

I've had many occasions at The Royal Marsden and the staff in all areas have always been fantastic. I don't feel "recommend" is the correct word to use in QI, though. I'm not recommending a hotel. But I know what you're trying to say. What I do say to friends and family is how good the Marsden is, but I don't want them to have to find out for themselves! I can only comment you! Your staff on BC ward have been lovely each time I've been here

The wonderful doctors, nurses, physios and catering staff (shepherds pie yummy, yummy!) What a marvellous hospital, how lucky we are!
